Suboneyo Chemicals – Jalgaon Plant, Maharashtra, India is a leading manufacturer of specialty chemicals and bio-based products catering to agriculture, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and industrial applications. The plant is known for its innovative formulations, quality standards, and sustainable manufacturing practices that serve both domestic and international markets. At Suboneyo Chemicals – Jalgaon Plant, the existing automation system was based on GE Ifix v6.1 SCADA integrated with GE historian. We successfully upgraded Ifix SCADA to GE CIMPLICITY v2023 and Historian from v8.1 to v2023 while the plant continued its normal operations, ensuring no production downtime. The project included the supply, design, and programming of new Emerson PLC modules, along with the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of PLC panels. Additionally, we executed the design, installation, and commissioning of GE CIMPLICITY SCADA and Historian, and developed customized tag reports, alarm & event reporting tools, providing enhanced monitoring, reporting, and operational control under live plant conditions.
